What to Write to Us About
- A tool is giving the wrong number. Tell us which tool, what you typed, what number it showed and what you expected. A screenshot helps a lot.
- A platform changed its limit. If Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X has updated a character limit, let us know and link to the source so we can verify and update.
- A factual correction. If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, point it out and we will fix it.
- A tool request. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will consider building it.
- A technical problem. Include your browser and device so we can reproduce the issue.
- Advertising or business enquiries. Use the same address and mention the purpose in the subject line.
What We Cannot Help With
To save you time, here is what falls outside what we do:
- We cannot recover a deleted Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X account, or contact those platforms on your behalf
- We cannot unban, verify or restore anyone’s social media account
- We do not offer paid social media management or growth services
- We do not accept guest posts or paid link placements

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message. We use that information only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
